Sally Green and Nicole Sjardin came together to co-author Bridging Foods, an introduction to gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar and salt free eating. While we both have very different experiences with food one thing we both understand is the importance of building a loving relationship with your own body and with the food you eat. For every meal or snack, we all make a call about what food we are going to eat. What is behind these choices? And how does this affect what ends up on our plate?
