The Way of the Livingness
‘The way of the livingness’ is a way of life that encourages a reverence and tenderness for yourself, each other, for what you eat, what you do, what you say. It encourages the development of a way of living with yourself so that you become the creative centre of your life, rather than being left to the whims and stresses of the world around you. It encourages and honours the fact of our own divinity and that this aspect (our innermost) lives within all.
‘The way of the livingness’ is not a prescribed way of life, it is not a dedication to a fixed set of disciplines or any one person. ‘The way of the livingness’ is a presentation and a reminder that we each have a choice in each moment to connect to and live from our inner most or not. Life without a consistent connection to the innermost is existence, life lived from the innermost is the livingness. The livingness is available to all equally, regardless of income, age, race or culture. It holds you in the fact that you are love, you are divinity and an equal part in your own and humanities future. You are NOT asked to give up or change anything about yourself, other than to live with enough honesty to identify the fact that we all do things that are less loving than they can be. The choice to change those things once identified is always left to the individual. We are all always making those choices each day. The way of the livingness provides a framework for becoming more aware about these choices. Read more about The Way of the Livingess |
